On October 22, Todd Kinskey attended a Zoning Rewrite Steering Committee meeting in Beavercreek, Ohio, to give a progress report and discuss major changes to the draft code. The Steering Committee provided feedback on three significant changes in addition to their general feedback on six chapters of the draft code.
On October 22, ZoneCo presented to the Glen Ellyn Planning Commission to update commissioners on the calibrations for the village’s zoning code rewrite, its first comprehensive rewrite since 1989.
