Imagine New Circle Road
New Circle Road is a notorious commercial beltway dominated by auto-oriented development. ZoneCo worked alongside a team of professionals to craft new village zoning for large parcels in B-3 zones along the corridor, part of a multi-year effort to reimagine this critical pathway through the Bluegrass. imaginelexington.com
Pike with a Purpose, a CNU 32 Legacy Project
A three-day design charrette to envision a new village center along Ohio Pike (S.R. 125) in the former Village of Amelia, dissolved by its residents in 2019 and now part of Batavia and Pierce Townships.
