Zoning nerds wanted.
ZoneCo is a small firm doing consequential work in communities across the country. We hire city planners, lawyers, and designers who want to write codes that get adopted and used, and we hire co-op students from the University of Cincinnati's DAAP every term.
Open positions
ZoneCo does not have any immediate openings at this time. When we hire, the role is typically a City Planner / Code and Policy Consultant based in our Cincinnati office, working on projects in the Midwest and across the country.

Co-ops
We regularly hire co-op students from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Art, Architecture & Planning. Co-ops do real work on real codes: diagnostics, drafting, mapping, and engagement. Past co-ops include Aliya Weer, Joseph Kinskey, Alexis Spurlock, Sophia Roberto, Sidney Bacon, Eli Goan, Ethan Blair, Aidyn Kinney, and Jackson Hannah.
