Background: ZoneCo Senior City Planner and Project Manager Todd Kinskey, FAICP, is the immediate past Director of the Department of Planning, Neighborhoods & Development for the City of Dayton, Ohio, and former Hamilton County, Ohio Director of Planning + Development.
Todd brings over three decades of local government planning, zoning, subdivision, housing policy, and project management experience to our growing roster of local government clients across the nation. He has led numerous code update and re-write projects for complex and diverse built environments during his 30+ years in public service. He is a committed, caring, and thoughtful city planner whose work has been recognized by the American Planning Association through his induction into the College of Fellows of the AICP (FAICP) in 2020.
Todd has served as APA Ohio President, on the City of Cincinnati Board of Zoning Appeals, and as an Adjunct Professor of City Planning at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning (DAAP), among many others.
