Background: Nolan Nicaise, AICP, is an urban planning, environmental science, and policy professional with experience in planning, zoning, environmental science, and stormwater and floodplain management. Nolan manages numerous projects and is ZoneCo’s Director of Code Innovation.
A native of Covington, he most recently served as an Associate Planner for Planning and Development Services of Kenton County, Kentucky, and immediately prior to that as an environmental scientist for global engineering firm Parsons Corporation in Chicago, Illinois.
Nolan was elected to and currently serves on the City of Covington, Kentucky Commission in 2022. He previously served on the board of The Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) – Greater Chicago (2019-2020). His focus at ZoneCo is on matters related to zoning and environmental sustainability for ZoneCo’s growing list of clients across North America.
